Trauma-informed counseling and therapy for adults ages 18+
Psychosocial assessment: intervention planning, psychosocial intervention, and social psychotherapy, which includes the diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders and counseling.
Traditional Psychotherapy services are provided in office and virtually within the state of Ohio. You must be present in Ohio for all appointments.
Professional Fees:
For new clients, the hourly self pay rate is currently $160.00 - $220.00 depending on the type and duration of the service. It is due at the time professional services are provided.
Late Cancellation
Fees of $50.00 (48 hour notice is required) and No Show fees ($100.00) are automatically applied via Ivy Pay with the exception of clients who have Medicaid.
Other services that you may need include report writing, telephone conversations lasting longer than 7 minutes, reading and response to emails requiring more than 7 minutes, attendance at meetings with other professionals you have authorized, preparation of records or treatment summaries, and the time spent performing any other service you request.
The hourly professional fee may be broken down into 15 minute increments for these services if the work conducted is less than one hour. In unusual financial hardship circumstances, the professional fee may be reduced or broken down into an installment payment plan on a case by case basis.
