My work focuses on enhancing the holistic well-being of adults suffering from aversive childhood experiences, traumatic events, Near Death Experiences, and every day stress that provokes anxiety and/or depression.
My efforts focus on building confidence and strong identity with spiritual seekers, Highly Sensitive People, internationals, and victims of abuse through an array of approaches like Empowerment Therapy, Feminist Therapy, Integral Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory.
